Single Asset Acquisition. Acquire an individual project of approximately 100 MW, structured as an independent SPV with its own land position and interconnection pathway.

Cluster Acquisition. Acquire multiple adjacent assets for scale efficiencies in construction, interconnection, and operation.

Platform Acquisition. Acquire the full development platform and its origination capability.
